시에라리온은 최근 국가 수출전략(National Export Strategy, NES 2025–2030)을 공식 검증(Validated)하며, 광물 중심 수출 구조에서 벗어나 농업 기반의 수출 다변화와 부가가치 창출을 핵심 국가 과제로 설정하였습니다. NES는 농업을 단순한 생계 산업이 아닌 수출 경쟁 산업으로 전환하고자 하나, 실제 실행 단계에서는 품질·표준·추적성 인프라 부족, 기후 리스크, 실행 주체 부재 등 구조적 한계를 안고 있습니다.

이에 대응하여 애그유니(AgUni)는 통제형 농업 인프라 AgDome®을 기반으로 한 무농약(Zero Chemical Pesticide)·수출지향·기후회복형 농업 모델을 통해
NES가 지향하는 전략을 현장에서 구현 가능한 실행 구조로 보완하고자 합니다.

Sierra Leone has recently validated its National Export Strategy (NES) 2025–2030, setting a clear national direction to move beyond mineral-dependent exports toward
agriculture-led export diversification and value creation. While the NES articulates a strong strategic vision, its implementation faces structural constraints, including gaps in export-grade quality infrastructure, standards and traceability systems, climate vulnerability, and the absence of scalable execution platforms.

In parallel, AgUni (Republic of Korea) advances the AgDome® model, a controlled-environment, zero-chemical-pesticide, export-oriented agricultural infrastructure designed to deliver consistent quality, climate resilience, and premium market readiness.

This report examines Sierra Leone’s NES and the AgUni AgDome model not as competing approaches, but as complementary pathways, demonstrating how national export policy and private-sector agricultural infrastructure can jointly enable a sustainable, high-value export agriculture ecosystem.

말레이시아는 국가 차원의 농업전략 프로젝트인 Agropolis를 통해 공공 인프라 중심의 식량안보 모델을 추진하고 있습니다.
이에 대응하여 애그유니(AgUni)는 ZS Mokara Holdings와 협력해 기후변화에 대응 가능한 민간 혁신형 농업모델 AgDome® 프로젝트(세팡) 를 실현하고 있습니다.

본 리포트는 두 프로젝트를 경쟁 구도가 아닌 ‘상호보완적 혁신 모델’로 바라보며 말레이시아 농업의 지속가능한 성장 구조를 공공–민간 협력의 관점에서 분석한 자료입니다.

Malaysia is advancing its national food security and agro-industrial vision through the Agropolis Project,
a large-scale public–private partnership led by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and Archisen Pte Ltd (Singapore).

In parallel, AgUni (Republic of Korea), in collaboration with ZS Mokara Holdings (Malaysia) is implementing the AgDome® Project in Sepang 

— a private innovation model focused on climate-resilient agriculture, technology transfer, and data-driven cultivation.
