말레이시아는 국가 차원의 농업전략 프로젝트인 Agropolis를 통해 공공 인프라 중심의 식량안보 모델을 추진하고 있습니다.
이에 대응하여 애그유니(AgUni)는 ZS Mokara Holdings와 협력해 기후변화에 대응 가능한 민간 혁신형 농업모델 AgDome® 프로젝트(세팡) 를 실현하고 있습니다.

본 리포트는 두 프로젝트를 경쟁 구도가 아닌 ‘상호보완적 혁신 모델’로 바라보며 말레이시아 농업의 지속가능한 성장 구조를 공공–민간 협력의 관점에서 분석한 자료입니다.

국가 프로젝트(Agropolis)는 식량안보와 산업 인프라 확충을 애그유니 애그돔은 기술·데이터·민간투자를 중심으로 한 지속가능한 생산 생태계를 지향합니다.
이 두 축은 서로의 방향성을 보완하며, 아시아 농업혁신의 새로운 기준을 제시하고 있습니다.

Malaysia is advancing its national food security and agro-industrial vision through the Agropolis Project,
a large-scale public–private partnership led by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and Archisen Pte Ltd (Singapore).

In parallel, AgUni (Republic of Korea), in collaboration with ZS Mokara Holdings (Malaysia) is implementing the AgDome® Project in Sepang 

— a private innovation model focused on climate-resilient agriculture, technology transfer, and data-driven cultivation.

This report highlights these two initiatives as complementary, not competitive illustrating how public policy and private innovation together drive Malaysia’s sustainable agricultural transformation.
